If you need to cancel your order, simply reach out to us at support@modavistaofficial.com before your item ships. We'll do our very best to take care of it right away and provide a full refund.

II. 30-Day No-Question Return Policy

  • Brand New & Unopened
    Items should be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging—just as they arrived to you.
  • All Accessories Included
    Please send back any accessories, free gifts, or extras that came with your item.
  • Shipping Costs
    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Proof of Purchase
    Including your receipt or order confirmation helps us take care of your return quickly and efficiently.
  • A Little Note
    Clearance items and products not sold under the Modavista brand aren’t eligible for returns under this policy.

3. Pack with Care & Ship
Once approved, carefully package your item just as it arrived. We recommend insuring the shipment for peace of mind. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Process
As soon as your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. You’ll be notified as soon as it’s on the way back to you.

At Modavista, we want you to feel confident and cared for with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we're here to help.

For Non-Quality Reasons
If you need to exchange an unused item—maybe the size wasn’t quite right or you simply changed your mind—you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

For Quality Concerns
If your item arrives with any defects or becomes faulty due to a quality issue within the warranty period, please reach out to our caring customer service team. We’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or repair.

2. Get Approval & Instructions
Our friendly customer care team will respond within 24 hours with next steps and detailed return instructions.

3. Pack & Send It Back
Once approved, please package your item securely and send it back following our instructions. We recommend insuring the shipment for extra peace of mind. Kindly note that exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Quick Refund & Exchange
As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days and get your new item sent out to you as soon as possible.

About Refund

I. Refund Timeline

Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

 

II. Refund Details

Order Cancellations
If your order is canceled before it ships, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

 

Returns
For eligible returns, we’ll refund the remaining amount after deducting any original shipping fees and taxes. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Warranty Claims
If your item qualifies under our warranty and is approved by the Modavista team, we’ll issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation. Shipping fees and taxes from the original purchase are not refundable.
